If you notice price adjustments over time, know that it’s a direct reflection of gold’s market value, not a change in our commitment to craftsmanship.

Shipping

All SLR pieces are handcrafted in New York City, made to order with
precision and care. Please allow up to 14 business days for your piece
to be crafted before it ships.

Each Button, Heart Hand, and custom piece is individually hand-finished, so slight variations may occur, a detail we consider part of the unique charm and personal touch of SLR Jewels.

We ship securely and fully insured, so your jewelry arrives safely and with the same care it was made.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made according to your specifications and are approved through two rounds of proofs.

We cannot return most made-to-order pieces as the items are made just for you. If you find that your order is not a perfect fit or if you’d like to change something about it, it is possible that we can help.
