GENERAL

• SLR Jewels’ pieces are designed and hand crafted in New York City.

• All SLR Jewels treasures are cast in solid 18KT Yellow, Rose, or White Gold.

• Most bracelets and necklaces are adjustable with jump rings. Sizing can be customized by request.

Custom

• Custom pieces are made according to your specifications and are approved through two rounds of proofs.

• We cannot return most made-to-order pieces as the items are made just for you. If you find that your order is not a perfect fit or if you’d like to change something about it, it is possible that we can help. If you are unsure about sizing or possible alterations, send an email to custom@slrjewels.com and our team will be happy to assist.

• We strongly encourage you to insure all of your fine jewelry pieces, and we are happy to help you seek an appraisal of market value.
